Our Design Process...

What really sets us apart from all of the other custom designing companies out there is the process in which we do our designing.

We work in a series of steps, every design we create starts with a piece of paper. Unlike other companies, we do not order any of our designs from outside companies. Everything we do is done in house and under our control. This way we are able to truly customize designs for you, and pass the savings on to you as well.

Our design process works like this:

Step 1 - Our First Consultation

This is where we bring with us over 120 invitation designs, as well as hundreds of paper swatches for you to choose from. In this meeting we discuss the designs, prices and ideas. If you like what you see (and you will) you can place an order and start the design process. Remember, you are never under any obligation to order at this meeting, you are always more than welcome to shop around and think about our quote then give us a call when you are ready.

Step 2 - Design Selection

Because everything we do is custom designed, in this step we are only choosing the design structure, paper and budget.

Step 3 - Graphic Designing

With this step we give you a site to go to so that you can hand pick the various graphics you like, and the various fonts you like. You then email us with your list and we start designing!

Step 4 - Layout Selection

After we receive your selections, we will customize a minimum of 5 different PDF designs for you to choose from. From there you can mix and match and ask to see more, whatever you need to truly design something that is perfect for you!

Step 5 - Final Approval

Once you have decided on your final layout for your design, we will make you final copy for you to see and approve. Often we make a few variations of one design for you to choose from, to truly make it your own an giving you options, whether you want the one with the crystal or maybe with the ribbon, it's all up to you.

As you can see it can be quite the process, so we recommend booking an appointment whenever you feel you are ready to start the design process.

There is no such thing as ordering too early, as it is great to book your space with us. We can book up fast, but tend to be able to book rush appointments when really needed. We are known for doing our best to help you get everything you want.
