If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, but in the mean time, here are a few answers to some commonly asked questions:

When should I order my invitations?

We usually recommend ordering 2 months before you want to mail your invitations. More time is always great, as the more time the better for everyone. This cuts out any stress, or worries and leaves minimal room for unexpected issues, such as paper availability and so on. We can however do rush orders if required, but prefer a timeline.

Can I meet with you somewhere else other than my house?

Yes, we are always open to meeting where ever you would like. If you do not want to meet at your place, we can meet somewhere for a coffee, where we can sit and discuss your needs.

Do you bring samples of your work with you to your meetings?

Yes. We bring over 100 samples that showcase some of our work. We always bring everything we need to be able to help you to get a good feel for what you are looking for.

Can I lesson the cost by ordering from you and assembling the invitations myself?

Yes and No. It depends on the design you choose. Some designs are somewhat complex, and it may be more work for us to have you assemble it, there for not of an value to you. In most cases, this is just fine, and we are more than willing to help you with that.

What if I want to do it all myself? Can you help me to design it, and sell me the paper?

Yes. We do have a package available, that if you want to do it yourself, we can sell you the products and help you with the design. There is a consultation fee with this service if you chose it.

How long will it take to get my order?

Order production can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks up to 6-8 weeks depending on the design, paper availability and quantity ordered.

Is there a minimum quantity when ordering?

For invitations and thank you cards there is a minimum of 25 cards. For all other items there are no limits.

Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund less the deposit. After the 24 hours, and before the productions begins, you can cancel for a refund of 50% less the deposit. After production begins, there is no refund if the order is cancelled.

Can you provide a rush order?

Yes and No. We can provide this service, and may charge an added fee for it depending on how busy we are. Depending on the quantity you need and the type of paper, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as there are times where paper is not available in short notice and we are too busy with other orders to be able to get a rush done. It’s always worth a try to ask…most times we are able to do it.
